PLAYER BENEFITS
Age:
U7/U9 (players born 2016-2017-2018-2019-2020)
The Learn to Play curriculum focuses on acquiring all the different skills required to play hockey. The coaching team works with players to develop these skills individually and to then put them together as a whole, providing players with a solid introductory foundation to become a well-rounded hockey player.

Program Description
- Players of all abilities welcome
- Same coaches throughout the season for consistency
- Fun environment
- 1/3 Ice format
Program Coordinators
Our Program Coordinators are experienced CIHL, National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), Canadian Interuniversity Sport (CIS) and Junior Hockey players interning in Hong Kong, who all have extensive coaching experience as well.
Program Prerequisites
- Minimum 1 year of skating experience
- No hockey experience required
Parent Coordinator
A parent coordinator will be designated for this program and will be available to assist throughout the season.
Class Aim
- Learn the basics of hockey
- Learn the basic rules of the game
- Develop a passion for hockey and have fun!
Program Includes
Twenty four 45 minute on-ice training sessions per player (no ice clean).

Each player will receive a complimentary Junior Tigers Water Bottle

More Hockey, More Fun!
- Junior Tigers programs are designed to work in conjunction with other leagues and programs. Our goal is to provide options for players of every age and skill level and we take the approach that more hockey means more fun!
- There are no restrictions on participant’s passport or country of origin and all are welcome to enjoy the various programs.
Skills
Learn to Play focuses on all the core concepts of hockey. Fun drills and plenty of personalized coaching to ensure players develop a strong foundation.

SPECIAL NOTE:
The Junior Tigers management reserves the right to change program curriculum if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Participants who have signed up and paid for a program curriculum that is changed due to the above-mentioned reason, will be given the option of switching programs or receiving a full refund if the program is no longer available.
Fee: HKD 12,888
- Program limited to 12 players
- 5% sibling OR returning player discount per player per program
- Maximum discount of 5% per player per program
- Registration officially opens May 1, 2024
PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
By registering for a Junior Tigers program, you agree to accept Junior Tigers terms and conditions.
- Payments can only be made online at www.juniortigershockey.com/registration
- We are unable to offer a refund or credit due to non-participation.
- Registration is first come, first served, with priority given to current Junior Tigers participants.
- Programs will not run during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter periods.
- Registration officially opens May 1, 2024.

All of our hockey programs require full equipment to be provided by the parent/guardian.
