- Specific goalie off ice training sessions: Tailored off-ice workouts to build the strength, flexibility, and reaction time goalies need to excel. These sessions focus on hand-eye coordination, explosive leg power, and core stability to support peak on-ice performance.
- Yoga and Meditation sessions: Improve your mental focus, flexibility, and recovery with yoga and meditation. These sessions are designed to help goalies stay calm under pressure, enhance body control, and develop the mental toughness needed for high-pressure game situations.
