Master Series NHL Guest Coach
We're thrilled to have retired NHL player and Stanley Cup champion Darren Rumble join our coaching team for the Master Series Development Camp!
Darren boasts an impressive hockey career, spanning both the NHL and various minor leagues. He was drafted 20th overall by the Philadelphia Flyers in 1987 and went on to play for teams like the Ottawa Senators, St. Louis Blues, and Tampa Bay Lightning.

Age:
U13/U15 (players born 2010-2011-2012-2013)

High Instructor to Player Ratio test (1:7)

Camp Description
- 5 highly qualify coaches will run stations to elevate your skills and your hockey IQ to the next level.
- Small Groups : Benefit from small group sessions, ensuring personalized attention and individual correction from our experience coaches.
- Detailed Instruction: Receive consistent coaching helping you develop a strong foundation.
- Repetition & Habit Formation: Engage in drills and exercises designed for repetition, turning those newly acquired skills into instinctive habis.
- Unlock New Abilities: Expand your arsenal of skills and techniques to outmanoeuvre opponents with confidence.
- Increase Confidence: Develop the confidence in any game situation

Camp Coordinators
A standout defenseman, Darren's achievements include:
- Winning the Eddie Shore Award (AHL's best defenseman) in 1997.
- Playing a key role in the Tampa Bay Lightning's Stanley Cup victory in 2004.
Since retiring as a player, Darren has dedicated himself to coaching, with experience in the AHL, QMJHL, and OHL. He's passionate about developing young talent and will be a valuable asset in guiding our participants.
Darren will be working alongside our senior coaches to provide a top-tier learning experience for all participants, focusing on skill development and fostering a love for the game.

Camp Prerequisites
- Minimum 5 years of hockey experience
- Minimum 5 years of skating experience
Priority will be given to U13 and U15 RBC Lions Team players and/or U13 and U15 Island League players.

Parent Coordinator
A parent coordinator will be designated for each program and be at the rink during games. Parent coordinators will assist Junior Tigers management with off-ice operations.

Camp Aim
- Enhanced Hockey IQ : Improve your on-ice awareness and decision-making abilities.
- Prepare players to play in North America or Europe.
- Positioning: Boost your skating skills and agility: Designed to transform your skating, giving you the power, speed, and agility to dominate the ice.

Program Includes
2 Sessions of 1h30 on ice training per player

Each player will receive a complimentary Junior Tigers Water Bottle

- Junior Tigers programs are designed to work in conjunction with other leagues and programs. Our goal is to provide options for players of every age and skill level and we take the approach that more hockey means more fun!
- There are no restrictions on participant’s passport or country of origin and all are welcome to enjoy the various programs.

SPECIAL NOTE:
Junior Tigers management reserves the right to change program curriculum if the minimum number of participants is not reached. Participants who have signed up and paid for a program curriculum that is changed due to above-mentioned reason, will be given the option of switching programs or receiving a full refund if the program is no longer available.

Fee: HKD 2,388
- Program limited to 24 players
- By invitation only
- 5% sibling OR returning player discount per player per program
- Maximum discount of 5% per player per program
- Registration officially opens February 28, 2025

By registering for a Junior Tigers program, you agree to accept Junior Tigers terms and conditions.

- We are unable to offer a refund or credit due to non-participation.
- Registration is first come, first served, with priority given to current Junior Tigers participants.
- Programs will not run during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter periods.
- Registration officially opens February 28, 2025.
